Yep its nuts. I live in a major city in canada and its worse each day. Homeless people on every block downtown. Everything is for sale or rent. Its impossible to walk down? any block without seeing a for sale or rent sign. Strip malls completely vacant. Yet you read the local paper and no mention of any of this. According to economists Canada is supposed to be recovering, I can’t imagine what its like in other countires if we are recovering. Ridiculous.

I watch your videos bcause I like your no nonsense approach to the issues. Keep it up buddy, but, u must do something bout your audio and recording. I don’t? know what u do for a living but u have a career in financial planning and analysis waiting for u.
In the case of student loan, it’s a good thing that the gov take it over. the banks were the middleman milking us. It’s best that we go straight to Uncle Sam instead of Uncle El Banco.
